This unnamed village is on the far Western Continent, though this continent is mostly made up of water land masses do have some places that people can visit. This desert town has a bustling port oddly, and even though their houses may look shoddy or shack like these places can and have withstood earth quakes before now.
The people here despite looking as though they don't like to be seen are extremely friendly. They'll welcome most people with open arms and always give others the benefit of the doubt, the only time they don't is if someone has been proven to be an enemy of the place.
If you ask the elders about the place they'd tell you that this place was once just rubble, the people of the town actually built all their homes, set up trade routes across the sea in large ships and have made this once tiny settlement a large thriving place. Even if they do struggle with the heat at times.
They do however warn all travelers not to go too far in to the desert or they're likely to get lost, not only that but if they cross to the dunes on the other isles the ruins there are extremely unstable and could cave in at any time leaving someone to die of suffocation beneath the sands.
In this City you'll often find traders and entertainment, booze and dancing girls or even men if you're in to that sort of thing. So why not stay a little while and relax?
