Cirino Fort, a port town with a castle and a large thirty foot wall all around the edges, including it extending in to the sea so that the gates to the port close at set times.
While at the moment the place is only occupied by one family, there's houses for many, empty shops that need people to run them and stock and a light house that extends above the wall so that ships know to go around the walls and don't crash. Within the walls lays a small wood, park, ponds and other various things and there's an academy for the poor misfits that get drawn in to the family or picked up on jobs.
There they're trained in combat, physical and magical, defense, again physical and magical, and they're able to learn basic life lessons here in a town, where there will be adults and people their own age.
