History
Alphinaud and Alisaie are on the carriage in the opening cutscene for new characters, although the scene is cut entirely for characters returning from 1.0. The merchant riding with them mentions how they're not much for conversation. The siblings do not speak to the Adventurer until the remembrance ceremonies, where Alphinaud explains the meaning behind each Grand Company's flag. Later, the twins argue over the Grand Company leaders using the ceremony to rally their troops rather than make mention of the Warriors of Light, who are the purpose for the ceremony. While Alisaie storms away, Alphinaud becomes an active member of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn.
Following the defeat of the Ultima Weapon and the resurrected Primals, the Adventurer is sent to meet a contact to investigate the awakening of an unknown Primal. The contact is ultimately revealed to be Alisaie, having kept tabs on the Adventurer's exploits. Determined to discover the ultimate fate of Bahamut, she requests his/her help in exploring the Binding Coil of Bahamut below Castrum Occidens. But her answers left her with more questions that include seeing Louisoix alive. Joined by Alphinaud as she reaches the Final Coil of Bahamut, Alisaie learns the truth of their grandfather's transcendence in Phoenix before the twins work together to hold Bahamut back so the Adventurer can destroy the Primal's Crystal Core.
>>END OF WHAT SHE REMEMBERS CLEARLY<<
Alisaie is mentioned later the events of patch 2.5, where she sent a carriage along with Bernhardt, the merchant they traveled with in the beginning of the game, to save her brother and the Adventurer from the forces of Ul'dah. As they flee, Alphinaud laments the fact that his sister is always there to save him while he should be the one protecting her.
She is not shown to join Alphinaud and the Adventurer in Coerthas, and her fate after the turmoil in Ul'dah is unknown. Alphinaud has made mention of his sister during the course of the events of Heavensward, and states that he did not think to consider his sister in all that has happened.
Alisaie woke up in the snowy lands of Oephus, her fall not at all softened by the ice that covered the ground. She went to Meia, and quickly learned of the treacherous lot that filled the warm-looking houses.
But their mistake was trying to take her for a fool, some helpless girl they could rob of all her coin.
In the end she left just fine, and went on to SnowHolme to see the place everyone was talking down to and about. Saying she was livid is an understatement. Such unfairness reminded her of what the Scions stopped when they took down the Empire.

There was a nice person-shaped hole in the ground, the snow having momentarily stopped so that it didn't fill it up. From it, a hand shot up into the air and tried to grab a hold of the ground, only to sink down into the snow. "Blast it all," a female cursed aloud, frustrated that she couldn't pull herself up.
Everything hurts, Alisaie thought as she winced. She didn't know why, or how, but she was three feet in snow, her body feeling like it had been put through several attacks from Titan. Her back protested as she sat up finally and looked around. Miles of snow stretched around her, and from what she could recall... she'd been nowhere near any environments such as this one. Those were farther north, in Ishgardian territory.
The land wasn't completely without, however. As she paid more attention, there was the glow of life, civilization. It was just the getting up, and making the journey to safety that she was concerned about. A hand clasped over her ribs, the thin material of her dark blue and white clothing not suited at all for the extreme cold. "Right then... freeze to death, get eaten by monsters, or actually making it there... lovely outcomes, they are." The teen sighed, resigning herself to the pain, and managed to stand up.
"Lets get it over with, then,"
