Notable Features: Has a large scar spanning from the middle of his chest past his side and stops a the center of his back. The scar itself is jagged along the edges and almost shaped like a crescent moon.

Born in the town of Dratia during the autumn cool breezes, Huang Wei had been born into the world. Born into a family that had close ties with the village itself, the expectations of this child were set pretty high yet this young male had a way of telling otherwise. Growing up the young Wei ran among the village in a carefree demeanor which to his father's dismay, was alright for now. As time went on and the young child came to be of the age of five, he underwent the Wei family ritual of training which consisted of him undergoing their training in the art of stealth and assassination. Though his father wanted the best for his son, the training came with being hard when times came for it.

As time passed and the young male grew to become the next blade of the family, Wei in his own right grew into becoming something more. While he didn't forsake his training he also did not forget what it was like to run free in the village. From time to time the young Wei could have been seen running among the rooftops of his home with glee, though some thought he was a bit touched in the head, others saw it as his outlet to be himself. At around the age
of sixteen his family had proposed that he became the guard of the Emperor's son. The Emperor himself gave Wei the task of watching over his son, due to his families recommendation of the fact. Though Wei was at first a little hesitant on the situation he accepted and began his new life as the Future Emperor's "Shadow". For the next year, Wei followed the young Phi around simply watching him but catching sight of another. As the time went on, his eyes for the other guard for the Prince heightened though he had never said a thing.

At the time of Pheis becoming Emperor, he had finally stepped from the shadows being introduced to him by his father which all Wei could do was nod and smile. He didn't mind the young master and as time went on he would become friends with him and his other co-worker. As the years went by and Wei had finally gotten into the role of watching over and protecting the new Emperor, he had managed to build animosity with those that had wanted his position and couldn't believe that an airhead like him had been given such an honor. At the age of twenty-one he had been challenged by someone, one who had wanted his position no matter the cost.

Called out into the forest of their home, Wei had agreed to the spar to see where this one that he had at one point called a "friend" though he took it as a friendly bout the other did not. When Wei had finally figured out that the male, after trying to stab him multiple times, had been trying to go for the kill Wei had begun to fight back serious yet to no avail. Lying in wait the male had plotted something more sinister, a trio laid in wait until the aggressor had made a strike that had crippled Wei's movement a bit to strike. From all sides he had been ran through, their lances cutting into his body. In that instant it had been over for him, his body lying amongst the cold ground as it began to rain, the vision from his eyes slowly blurring as he thought it couldn't be over. Through his last thoughts he could see the lover he wanted but never spoke to, and his duty remaining. The burden of leaving such a thing filled him with regret. With his dying breathes he cried into the air pleading to the Gods' to save his life so that he could fulfill his life. As his eyes closed he could feel what was his last moments slipping away, everything going dark before seeing a single figure. His eyes which had once closed shot open as he lurched forward, his breathing became heavy as he looked down to see the wound that had indeed killed him remain as a scar.

In that instant he didn't know what had happened, but he knew what he had to do. Standing forward he caught the men who had just killed them, ending their lives with no remorse as he stood over them. A new life from death, a situation he never knew would be given to him. That time long past, he now continues his role as the guard for Phi, as well as traveling with his now girlfriend Juri.
