Ikaros (Ick-Ah-Rus), is a place where people literally live in tree houses. High above the ground you'll find the tree house town to be peaceful, a great many different types of races live here, from the Psirens (Bird people) and normal humans to the Drake (Half-Dragons) and Lupan (Rabbit people). There's at least one or two of about 8 different races from the world here, though there's a handful who're missing from this villages population, it isn't like they're missed.
The people of this village tend to value those who work hard and hunters. Hunters are always seen as good warriors and are thus respected, more so when they haul in large beasts.
Here the people have shrines dedicated to the Wind and Lightning deities.
Wild Chocobo roam the forest floors and act as a good alarm when danger is near.
