Battle Information Class/Classes: Geomancer Geomancers (風水士 Fūsuishi?) channel the powers of the surrounding environment; therefore, their abilities differ depending on their location. If in a forest, they will attack with vines and forest animals, if in a cave with rockslides, if in a desert with quicksand, and so on. Geomancers are featured either as a class or in loose association with a character's powers. In the Japanese versions, Geomancers are "風水士 (fūsuishi)," which specifically refers to Chinese geomancy or feng shui. The signature attack of a Geomancer has been called "Terrain" (Final Fantasy III), "Gaia" or "Earth" (Final Fantasy V), "Elemental" (Final Fantasy Tactics) and "Geomancy" (Final Fantasy Tactics A2). Bard Bards (吟遊詩人 Gin'yūshijin?) use songs to cause effects, often buffing the party or debuffing the opposition via the "Sing" command. They generally equip harps as weapons. Some Bard incarnations, including Edward Chris von Muir from Final Fantasy IV, have the ability to "Hide" from the enemy. This command is mainly used due to the Bard's low physical abilities. Bards in Final Fantasy XI have MP regeneration songs and stat boosting songs. In Final Fantasy Tactics, Bard is the only male-exclusive class available to generic units. In "Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift", the Bard job is exclusive to the Moogle Hurdy. In Final Fantasy Type-0, Deuce plays the flute in battle and acts as a bard, aiding her allies and debilitating her enemies using the melodies from her flute. Strangely, in Final Fantasy: the 4 Heroes of Light, one of the White Mage's special abilities is Hide, which is normally seen with bards. Personality Aerion is a little more mature than most girls or boys that look her age, this is thanks to her parents being the way they are and her having seen the horrors people can commit without any care. It's also what has turned her in to such a caring but emotional person. She detests fighting and will avoid it where necessary, but if she cannot avoid it, if her allies can no longer fight, if their fighting for her sake will lead to their deaths, then she will fight, and she'll fight hard. Being left on her own most of the time at the manor because she wasn't like her parents made her able to deal with being lonely, even if she didn't like it so much. She has little to no emotional ties to her parents seeing them as barbaric and disgusting rather than lovable family, she even wants them dead, favoring the servants they keep over them entirely. This extends so far to where she's even said to Gengrest that she would rather he be her brother over having one birthed from her own parents. While she is usually quite quiet, when angered she will throw her voice and isn't above using the surrounding terrain to attack and defend. She likes to read anything and everything in libraries. This also includes detailed books on human anatomy (and other species), animals, magic and other various things such as plants. She actually has a vast array of knowledge in her head and will often at times think back to that to base theories and or her own opinions on, having all that knowledge also helps with her being more mature than Gengrest. She does however have her childish moments such as throwing mini-tantrums when things go terribly wrong (or her hair's cut wrong) and she is a bit of a coward disliking the idea of fighting and avoiding it if she can unless it's needed for the greater good. At least she sees herself as a coward, even if others tell her she's far from it.

History While Aerion hasn't really lived very long for a Zayen she has had a lot happen in her few short years. Originally she was born to what seemed like a loving, caring family at first. She had not a care in the world, laughing and playing and being loved by her mother and father, it was almost a picture perfect family. She was a perfect daughter and she had her perfect parents, and the servants around her despised her at first. She was the new heir. She would be the bane of their existence. She would be hated by many just as her parents were before her. Servants would carry out her wishes, regardless of the harm it might cause, and of course being a small child she didn't know any better herself. By the time she was twenty, she was being home taught how to geomance, as her parents thought it would be a good idea for her to have something strong magic wise since she was physically pathetic, just in case servants rose up and tried to harm her, they never told her their intentions for her magic though. Within a year she grasped the very basics and for a further twenty years she would do nothing but train. During these twenty years though she learned the wonders of books, she also had side lessons on sewing and knitting (from a servant oddly enough), and she learned more about the servants while in the womans company. This was what shattered her view on her parents initially. Later on her parents ruined it even more by telling her the full story and claiming they were far superior to the 'filthy' half of the family, the servants that were less than dirt. But that wasn't for another ten years, and it was within those ten years that Aerion started school. First it was basic school, to read, write and speak elloquently and formally, along with many other things such as swimming (while she did that she was always stared at by some of the males in the class given she was one of twelve girls in the class, not to mention she was the slimest and shortest in the class. She continued her lessons though in school till the age of sixty, when she took up singing lessons at her mothers request, even if she didn't want too at first, she found fun in singing. But she was taught that this wasn't for fun, it was to be used to support her parents if they ever needed to fight. Meanwhile they were still trying to make her become just like them. Yet she clung stubbornly to her views on them now she knew the truth. She would do so to this day. On her one hundredth birthday she met Gengrest, her cousin, he was to be her personal servant for a short time as his parents had disobeyed her parents and so had been killed by them. Along with many other servants. She became friends with Gengrest, comforting him while he cried over the loss of his parents. She wasn't mean like her parents and that alone captured his trust and loyalty to her. She was a friend and she was hope, not just for Gen but for other servants in that house hold. The last straw for Aerion however occurred when her 140th birthday was ruined by her parents, she was forced to harm Gengrest as they didn't approve of her friendship with him. Hitting him till his face was bruised, but he didn't blame her and didn't fight back. He just took it and Aerion still feels bad about it to this day. Her parents are self centered and don't care about the pain they cause, they kill those who disobey and mess up their orders. They don't keep promises to servants. Aerion wishes to put a stop to this, once and for all and in time. She will.
