The Desert Isles are a small set of Islands between the Se Dunes and the Desert City, once named as simply the Hunting Plains for the desert, this place has become known to have many creatures previously unknown.
A special type of flower ( Link ) blooms here once every three years and they have an insanely large yield. The pollen from the plants and almost every part of the plant itself can be used for some sort of herbal remedy when mixed with other plants. Alchemists, herbologists and pharmacists from all over the world are now coming to this place to harvest these flowers.
The flowers, if removed won't live for very long unless they are put back in sand. If put in sand and the conditions for them are good, they will bloom the whole year round for whomever is cultivating them.
Of course the issue with these flowers is that monsters lurk beneath the sands and they, will, try and kill anything that gets close, especially antlions..... Be careful.
