HUI SIN XIN  Titles: Crimson Lightning Age: 20 Gender: Male Race: Pact Drake: (Human) Dragon Status: Living Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual World: Oephus Disposition: Neutral Good Battle Information Class/Classes: Hui is what would be considered as a bastardized form of the Mystic Knight in the final fantasy universe. The mystic knights are warriors that can cast magic on their swords to perform attacks with the power of the spell for set amount of time (several turns/posts in the rp sense). They have also been called Magic Knights, Mageknights, Biskmatars, and Sorcerers. However, unlike the Mystic Knight, Hui specifically specializes in Lightning, giving up all other forms of magic apart from a basic heal that was taught by his dragon as even she only knows the bare minimum. This sacrifice however enables him to actually hold the element on his weapon for a much longer duration than the average Mystic Knight until he either uses it up or his time for holding the element runs out (8 posts max - 5 posts if he uses it excessively). Appearance  History Hui was born in Dratia Village so dragons was always part of his life. His family has had a connection to dragons since his grandfather had help to save one from a group of hunters that had caught the dragon by surprise and had it wounded and pinned. When Hui's grandfather helped the dragon (Nezialia) in return for his help the dragon formed a pact with him. At first his grandfather didn't fully understand but being from Dratia Village and having respect for dragons he accepted and that was how their family became involved with dragons. Since then the dragon has been as much apart of his family as his sister or mother. The dragon stayed with his family and watched over them to the point were it was hard to picture life without Nezialia around. So when Hui's grandfather had passed Nezialia would stay with the family having watched over them for so long now and had planned to make the back with Hui's father. However before she got the chance Hui's father ended up getting killed while out on a job. That didn't leave the family with many other choices. Hui was only 9 at the time, but if Nezialia was to stay pact with the family he was choice. At first Nezialia was reluctant to go through with it, and make a pact with one that was so young. So she didn't she left the family without making a pact however she continued to watch over them feeling that they were part of her having seen them born and grow. For the next few years Hui did want he could to take care of his family. He watched out for his little sister, only three years younger while his mom took care of the living expenses. They had some money left to them by Hui's dad but he knew it wouldn't last. That was what led to his trouble making, he would get into fights because of the odd jobs he would take. He was on one of these risky jobs he had been secretly taking when things went wrong. He was away from the village on what was suppose to be a simple delivery job. He was young but he wasn't stupid and he knew that there was likely to be some danger with this. The guys that had sent him weren't known to be the nicest people but they paid and at the time he needed the money. He was half way to the meeting point when a group of bandits came to take the goods he was suppose to deliver. Being the dumb and arrogant kid that he was, instead of just leaving the goods and getting out of there he fought. He managed to get one of them but the rest caught him and worked him over. He was slipping in and out of consciousnesses as they started to bury him alive, when she came and made quick work of the other bandits. She sighed as she looked him over "What a fool you have become, to think you were the same boy I watched grow from the day you were born. Your father would be rather disappointed if he saw you now." That was the last think he remembered hearing before he work up. When he did he was back home in bed, with his sister and mother watching over him. He looked around and noticed another in the room, Nezialia was watching him as well. His sister and mother both laid into him about being so stupid and how he could have died if it wasn't for Nez. It wasn't until they had finished and left him that Nez spoke "You know I've watched over this family for far to long to let you go and ruin it by being stupid." Hui didn't say anything just looked over to the side for a moment. Then without looking at her "That's easy for you to say, both you and dad left us. So I don't want to hear i from you I'll to whatever it takes to make sure that this family is fine even without you." Without a word Nez went over to him and knocked him right upside the head "You know none of that means anything if you're dead." She sighed and rubbed the top of his head "I never left you and neither did your father, stop taking on everything yourself then whining about it like a child." She cut into her hand right then and there made the back with him right then and there. "I'll be around so no more whining." From then on Hui changed and joined the village guard, with Nez around to keep him in line and make sure that he doesn't do anything stupid. Other ACCEPTED Characters Made by Razz of KHR |
